Director
Position Responsibilities: Own end-to-end client business account with delivery responsibility across multiple workstreams. Focus on leveraging emerging technologies and best business practices to solve some of the challenges in the healthcare and pharma industry. Develop strong business relations with the client leadership and act as a thought leader and propose new avenues for internal and external stakeholders’ growth in terms of offerings. Work with clients to structure and model the data to solve complex business problems. Design and run analysis for helping clients with strategic decision-making alongside managing team internally. This would include designing, implementing, and improving statistical models, Business Intelligence, and other analytical tools. Extensive experience in designing advanced healthcare analytics tools and delivering applications to support client business decision making. Hands-on experience will be limited but essential to support delivery as needed. Leverage in-depth understanding of Pharma data sources and processes for better project delivery. Focus on inculcating best practices in the team: run analytical iterations to optimize solutions, strong automation mindset, quality delivery, effective client communication, strong presentation skills etc. Work alongside clients to develop tailored solutions to create impactful outcomes. Develop and implement innovative solutions along with coaching, guiding, and mentoring Team Leads and Engagement Leads in the team. Have a Proactive and not Reactive approach to work when needed. Build, and ideate internal offerings to help the company/team grow on aspects beyond project/client work.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics OR a related field PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: SAS; SQL; Tableau; Power BI; data pipeline & dashboard optimization; R; Python; linear & logistic regression; clustering algorithms; decision trees; random forests; pharmaceutical data assets including medical & pharmacy claims; IQVIA/SHA datasets; Xponent; DDD; NPA; NSP; Veeva CRM; OpenData; SFMC Data Cloud; Marketing Mix Modeling; Sales Force Sizing; Customer Segmentation & Targeting; Field Reporting; web-based analytical product development; RShiny; Angular, and; Node.js. Required experience and knowledge may be gained prior to, or concurrent with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30% as required. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Supervise five (5) subordinate employees.
