What are we looking for
We are seeking an Associate Engagement Lead - Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, experience working with complex datasets, and a passion for solving business challenges. You will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their goals through data-driven strategies, insights, and collaboration.

What you will do
  • Data Analysis and Integration - Assist in integrating and analyzing data from various sources to generate actionable insights. Support the creation of reliable, high-quality data repositories to drive informed decision-making.
  • Solution Development - Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement data-driven solutions for business challenges. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Data Quality and Benchmarking - Help establish data quality benchmarks and implement tools/processes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Client Collaboration and Support - Work with internal and external stakeholders to align data initiatives with client goals. Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, share insights, and provide technical support.

Must Have:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in pharma technology consulting (2+ years in the U.S.)
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics tools (e.g., Oracle, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, Redshift, Snowflake), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of data governance and quality management.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to contribute to business processes.
