Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Mix Analytics Lead to drive measurement and optimization of marketing investments for pharmaceutical clients. This role focuses on Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to quantify channel impact, evaluate ROI, and support data-driven budget allocation decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in MMM within the pharma domain, along with the ability to translate analytical outputs into clear, actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) engagements, from problem structuring to final recommendations
  • Analyze multi-channel marketing data to quantify channel effectiveness, contribution, and ROI
  • Apply statistical techniques such as regression modeling, adstock, and saturation curves
  • Translate model outputs into business insights and budget optimization strategies
  • Develop client-facing presentations with clear storytelling and structured recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Support development of lightweight analytical tools and solutions for MMM and reporting workflows

Required Qualifications

  • 3.5 - 5 years of experience in Marketing Mix Modeling and marketing analytics
  • Hands-on experience in pharma commercial analytics
  • Strong foundation in regression, econometrics, or statistical modeling
  • Proficiency in Python or R and SQL
  • Experience in client-facing roles, preferably within consulting or analytics organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced MMM techniques (e.g., Bayesian methods, time-series modeling)
  • Exposure to measurement frameworks such as Test & Control or incrementality analysis
  • Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience building lightweight analytical tools or applications
